About Me
I have been an Electrical Engineer since 1988. I spent 10 years in the Armed Forces specialising as a Control Equipment Technician, and later worked as a Rope-Access Electrical Inspector for the Offshore Oil and Gas industry for a further eight years. I started specialising in PAT Testing and created The PAT Man® in 2015.
I love my job and I take pride in supplying a professional service to my customers. My customers are very happy with the service that I provide, and this can be seen by the numerous reviews that I have received on Google, Yell and other sites where I am listed.

Why PAT Test?
There are various reasons that you should carry out regular Portable Appliance Testing within your business or your workplace. The main reason being compliance with UK legislation.
Your business insurer may stipulate that your equipment must be PAT Tested regularly in order to make a valid claim on your insurance.

The best time to carry out your PAT Testing is during the school holidays. There is a massive demand for PAT Testing during these short periods, so it is always best to book-in well in advance!

We understand that it can be difficult having someone carrying out Portable Appliance Testing whilst you have customers or patients around. We are able to start early or late in the day, or at a suitable time that would suit you the best. We will take a lateral flow test before starting work if our clients require us to do so.
